9:45        Recreational Groundfish Fishery Discussion (Frank Blount)

      After consideration of recommendations from its Recreational Advisory Panel, develop       recommendations for proactive accountability measures for Gulf of Maine haddock and Gulf of Maine       cod for fishing year 2014

10:30       Habitat Committee Report (David Preble)

      Omnibus Essential Fish Habitat Amendment 2 - Review the associated Draft Environmental Impact       Statement, identify preferred alternatives and approve the DEIS for initial submission to NOAA
